Top 5 SongsThat K-lee Klein Can't NOT Dance To
Thursday October 19, 2017

Hi y'all! This list could be 10 times longer because I'm just a dancing queen.

Six years ago I hurt one knee and 3 years after that, the other, but I'm still a dancing fool. Going from a wild, two-legged dancer to a crutch dancer, wheelchair dancer, walker dancer, & now a pole-dance… lol, not that kind of dancer. So I still dance… anywhere, everywhere, but I usually prefer having just my cats judging me.

How about you? Are there any songs that make you want to get up and dance?

In no particular order…

5. Sweet Child O' Mine, Guns 'N' Roses – I'm an 80's girl at heart & my Axl Rose moves were spot-on. 1987

"Where do we go? Where do we go now? Where do we go?"

4. Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go, Wham – George Michael's death hit me hard last year. 1984 (*whispers* the year I graduated)

"Wake me up before you go-go. Take me dancing tonight."

3. Home for a Rest, Spirit of the West – They're Canadian, fun, and you can't NOTdo your own jig to their songs. 1989

"You'll have to excuse me, I'm not at my best. I've been gone for a week, I've been drunk since I left."

2. Hurts So Good, John Cougar Mellencamp – Love Johnny. This is a great song to groove to. 1982

"Hurts so good. Come on baby, make it hurt so good!"

1. Livin' on a prayer, Bon Jovi – This is definitely one of those songs I know from the first note. 1986

"Take my hand and we'll make it I swear. Whoa livin' on a prayer."

Bonus—a non-90's song! Woo hoo!

Larger Than Life, Backstreet Boys – BSB songs are even better if I can copy their moves. Lol. 1999

"Every time we're down, you can make it right. And that makes you larger than life."
