- What a truly delightful read. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more from this author. His characters were rich with layers of sometimes surprising complexity. Dylan was tough and a survivor. His parents made me laugh many times. If only all parents could be that supportive. Adam was perhaps the most complex character of all. Every time I thought I had him pegged as one thing he'd surprise me with something different. The number one thing Adam exuded to me was fear. Fear of the unknown, fear of change, fear of ostracism, fear of the people who were supposed to be his number one source of comfort and safety. Even though sometimes I wanted to smack the back of his head and say, \"You idiot!\" I still adored Adam and liked the development of him as a person throughout this book. Dylan's backup crew was an intriguing mix of characters. Kai and Mel were both interesting people. Kai surprised me numerous times. Mel was the supportive friend everyone needs. All in all, a great read, rich characters, and one I would definitely recommend.

- I have to ask- why aren't more people reading this book???? This was such a fun & sexy read! Here we have two young men who have been enemies since elementary school. Adam, the jock, loves to torture Dylan. Dylan, the only gay boy in school (so he thinks), looks forward to his daily verbal sparring with his enemy Adam.
  Despite dealing with some heavy topics, this book felt light and made chuckle several times.
  I loved:
  *Dylan
  *Adam
  *Dylan & Adam, lol They were so cute!
  *The secondary group of characters. Kai and Mel cracked me up, as well as Dylan's parents.
  *This was a feel good story with a sprinkle of angst.
  There wasn't anything I would change about this story. I loved it all. This one is definitely going in my re-read pile! 5 Stars!
