ORDER FULFILLMENT/PRODUCT DELIVERY

All orders containing eBook or audiobook files purchased directly from Dreamspinner Press are delivered immediately upon purchase and can be downloaded from the “My Downloads” section of your account.

All paperback orders are processed within one (1) business day of placement. If a product is purchased before the release date, the product will be delivered or shipped on the release date. An e-mail notification will be sent once the order has been shipped. For questions regarding the delivery of an order or for assistance in accessing an order, please e-mail contact@dreamspinnerpress.com.

RETURN/NO REFUND POLICY

You acknowledge that Dreamspinner Press will not provide refunds. Dreamspinner will replace damaged content with either an undamaged file of the work or a work of equal value. You must request replacement of damaged files within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase. Requests must be made via the customer service e-mail, contact@dreamspinnerpress.com.
