Cursed by Rhianne
Aile
Upon their grandmother's death, Tristan Northland and
his twin, Will, come into possession of her Book of Shadows and the
knowledge that their family is responsible for a centuries old curse.
Determined to right the ancient wrong, Tristan sets off across the ocean
to reverse the dark magic that affects the Sterling family to this day.
Benjamin Sterling might not be happy with his life, but
it is predictable - at least until Tristan Northland shows up in his
office, unannounced and with nowhere to stay. He has plenty of
reason to distrust witches and Northlands, but instead of caution, he
experiences two unexpected emotions: hope and love.

Fallen Angel Reviews -

While I've read books with a similar premise,
I've not read one as well done as Cursed. I was enthralled
from the first word until the very last. I could not put this book
down. Tristan and Benjamin are wonderfully well drawn characters; I
fell more deeply in love with them with each turn of the page.
Tristan is witty and seemingly carefree. His outer facade hides a
man driven by his sense of honor to right a wrong done by his
ancestor. Benjamin is a troubled man who still manages to be
charismatic and almost mesmerizing in his intensity, refusing to
allow the curse to destroy his life. The depth of love and passion
between Benjamin and Tristan leaves the reader breathless and adds
an intense emotional ambience to the sensual scenes. I highly
recommend Cursed and can't wait to read more by Rhianne
Aile, especially the story of Tristan's twin, Will.

Centuries ago, Anne Northland, a woman scorned, cast a
curse that all first-born Sterling males would be doomed to become
werewolves. Tristan and Will Northland are witches, caught up in the
centuries old curse gone awry. The twin brothers were raised by their
grandmother, who taught these gifted witches the family craft. Upon their
grandmother’s death, they inherited the family’s Book of Shadows. Tristan
then comes to believe he’s meant to try to break the age-old curse set upon
the Sterling family.
Benjamin Sterling, the current Sterling member cursed
with being a werewolf, has studied the craft and all shifter history looking
for a cure or spell to reverse the curse. Because the clans will not accept
a cursed shifter as one of their own, Benjamin is damned to live out a
lonely existence. When Tristan shows up unexpectedly at Benjamin’s office
the attraction there is undeniable, but can he trust him to really help?
Tristan and his twin brother have a special connection
and the powers they wield between them are incredible. Combine the twins
with Benjamin, whose charisma will make you melt, and Rhianne Aile delivers
a wonderfully enchanting story of magic, thrill, suspense and above all
else…love. These men will captivate you to the end, I Joyfully Recommend
reading Cursed.

Whipped Cream Reviews - 5 Cherries
"Cursed" is another exceptional
story by author Rhianne Aile. I looked forward to reading it because I know
that weaving rich characters, intriguing plot lines, and sensual
relationships together in exciting and emotive ways is her specialty, and
she didn't disappoint me with this one.
Tristen is an engaging character; I found his tendency to babble when
nervous and his habit of hugging everyone utterly charming, and his close
relationship with his twin, William, heartwarming. I thought his intuitive
awareness of the needs of Benjamin — and his wolf — enhanced the
significance of the relationship between the two. The gradual
interdependence between Benjamin and Tristen pulled me in with its stirring
potency and is the provocative basis for the dramatic events throughout the
story.
Werewolf by curse, Benjamin struggles with his wolf, and though he craves
physical contact he can't risk losing control. He's my perfect definition of
an alpha: strong, sexy and brooding, which enhanced the emotion for me when
he responds so intensely to Tristen, especially his need to protect him.
Even though he identifies Tristen as his mate immediately, I could feel his
inner turmoil as he makes every effort to ignore the bond, not willing to
chance hurting him. I was amazed by Benjamin's incredible metamorphosis —
it's creative, captivating and satisfying, and Tristen's role in his
transformation cements their relationship and their love.
This is one of the best werewolf romances I have ever read, and I read a lot
of them. The plot is original and irresistible and left me begging for more.

Tristan was a delightful character. Full of energy,
spontaneity and affection, he pulled Benjamin into his magical life.
Benjamin knew what to expect each month but Tristan made him want more.
Cursed is not only a story about two men finding
each other, it is a story with a lesson. There are times in our life that we
need to put aside our personal issues and not let them interfere with doing
the right thing. Several people learned that lesson in this book. Rhianne
Aile has penned a tale that will delight, capture and teach the reader while
it entertains. A fantastic read, you will not be sorry you picked up Cursed.

Ms. Aile has written a wonderful, intense werewolf story. The sexual
couplings between Benjamin and Tristan are extremely hot. This story is
definitely fast-paced and exciting. Ms. Aile had me enthralled from the very

CURSED by Rhianne
Aile is a unique and intriguing take on the shape shifter romance genre. I
was never bored while reading this novel. This story is suitably creepy and
sent a tingle up my spine because the paranormal elements felt very real to
me. The author made me believe that the curse and Tristan’s powers could
really exist. The characters are also captivating and well-developed.
Tristan is an appealing and amiable young man. He was a lot of fun to get to
know, and Benjamin is a tormented hero with a tantalizing possessive streak.
The plot is layered and has many unexpected twist and turns. All these
elements meld exceptionally well in this story. I enjoyed this story from
beginning to end and hope to read more from the CURSED universe in the
future.

When Tristan Northland inherits his grandmother’s Book of Shadow, he and
Will, his twin brother, decide that it’s time to break a curse that his
ancestor set in motion. He hops on a plane and takes a chance on showing up
on Benjamin Sterling’s doorstep to offer his help in setting things right.
The curse was made out of anger and by cursing each male and their sons
after them Anne Northland cursed her own family as well.
Benjamin Sterling has lived his adult life as a werewolf forced to change
with the moon. When Tristan shows up at his office Benjamin is tempted to
turn his back on what he offers, but any hope to banish the curse is worth a
try. Even if it means he’ll have to trust a descendant of the witch who
cursed his family.
Cursed is an entertaining paranormal romance.
Tristan and Will Northland are bothered by the curse their ancestors cast on
the Sterlings, and Tristan plans to find the key to put an end to it
forever. A witch’s revenge and the lure of the moon set the stage for Ms.
Aile’s sizzling romance, and the high dose of magic provides enough action
to keep readers engaged to the end. Readers will hope to see a sequel for
Will’s story to unfold soon.
